集中セッションのデータはお使いのデバイス内のApple HealthKit（ヘルスケア）に保存されます。当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
セッション完了後、ユーザーの許可に基づき、Apple HealthKitの「マインドフルネスセッション」として記録されます。「ブラウズ」→「マインドフルネス」で確認できます。
過去に購入された方は、再購入の必要はありません。

1. 収集する情報の種類
- モーションセンサーデータ: 端末の姿勢検知のためにリアルタイム処理されます。保存・送信はありません。
- HealthKitデータ: マインドフルネスセッションの書き込み・読み取り。ユーザーの許可に基づきApple HealthKitに保存されます。
- デバイス情報: 端末内で処理され、当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
- デバイス内保存情報: 無料使用回数、購入状態、設定情報。当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
- 収集しない情報: カメラ・マイクは使用しません。広告SDKやアナリティクスサービスを使用せず、ユーザー登録機能もありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
集中セッションの記録とマインドフルネス管理支援。これ以外の目的には利用しません。
3. 第三者への提供
当社はセッションデータやHealthKitデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有しません。
4. HealthKitデータの取り扱い
- HealthKitデータを広告、マーケティング、データマイニング目的で使用しません
- HealthKitデータをデータブローカーに販売しません
- 当社はHealthKitデータを当社の外部サーバーに送信・保存しません
- HealthKitへのアクセスはiOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます
5. セキュリティ対策
データ最小化設計、原則として端末内での処理、Keychainによる機密情報保護を採用しています。
6. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様が単独で使用することは想定していません。
7. ユーザーの権利
- すべてのユーザー: HealthKitデータの管理・削除はiOSのヘルスケアアプリから可能です。HealthKitへのアクセス権限はiOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます。
- EU/EEA居住者（GDPR）: 苦情申立て権、同意の撤回権。
- カリフォルニア州居住者（CCPA/CPRA）: 知る権利、削除権、オプトアウト権。
- 中国居住者（PIPL）: 知る権利、閲覧・複製権、削除権。当社が運営するサーバーへの国外移転は行いません。
- 韓国居住者（PIPA）: 処理中止要求権。
- ブラジル居住者（LGPD）: データ移行要求権。
8. お問い合わせについて
ユーザーが当社へお問い合わせを行う場合、当社は返信対応のために、メールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を取得・利用します。これらの情報はサポート対応の目的にのみ用い、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。対応完了後は合理的な期間で削除または匿名化します。
9. 準拠法と管轄
本ポリシーは日本法を準拠法とします。各地域の居住者には該当する法律（GDPR、CCPA/CPRA、PIPL、LGPD、PIPA）が適用されます。

ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロードし、インストールまたは利用を開始した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合、本アプリをご利用いただくことはできません。
3. 本アプリの概要と対応機器
本アプリは、スマートフォンを裏返すだけで集中セッションを開始し、モーションセンサーで端末の姿勢を検知して集中状態を維持するアプリケーションです。ユーザーの許可に基づきApple HealthKitにマインドフルネスセッションとして記録します。
- 入力方法: 端末を裏返す動作による自動検知。カメラ・マイクは使用しません。
- 対応デバイス: iOS 17.0以降を搭載したiPhone。
4. プライバシーポリシーおよびHealthKitデータの取り扱い
当社は、本アプリの利用に関連して取り扱う情報を別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
HealthKitに記録されたデータについて、当社は以下を遵守します:
- HealthKitデータを広告、マーケティング、またはデータマイニング目的で使用しません
- HealthKitデータをデータブローカーや第三者に販売・提供しません
- HealthKitデータを当社が運用するサーバーへ送信・保存しません
5. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの目的と異なる利用
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- リバースエンジニアリング、解析、改変、複製、再配布
- その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
6. 健康情報に関する注意
本アプリは一般的なウェルネスおよびフィットネス支援を目的としたものであり、医療機器ではありません。健康状態に関する疑問や不安がある場合は医師にご相談ください。
7. セッション検知の精度について
- 精度の非保証: モーションセンサーの精度は100%ではありません。
- 検知の中断: 端末の姿勢により検知が中断する場合があります。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
9. 免責事項
当社は、本アプリの機能が中断なく動作すること、セッション検知結果が常に正確であることを保証しません。
当社が損害賠償責任を負う場合でも、当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当社の責任は通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。なお、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限される範囲では本項は適用されません。
10. 料金および支払
15回まで無料でお使いいただけます。過去に購入された場合は「購入を復元」機能をご利用ください。
11. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
12. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Focus session data is stored in Apple HealthKit on your device. We do not transmit data to our servers.

3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not provide, sell, or share session data or HealthKit data with third parties.
4. HealthKit Data Handling

- We do not transmit or store HealthKit data on our own external servers
- HealthKit access can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings
5. Security
We employ data minimization, on-device processing where possible, Keychain protection.

This App is not intended for independent use by children under 13.
7. Your Rights
- All Users: You can manage or delete HealthKit data through the iOS Health app. HealthKit access can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): Right to lodge complaints, withdraw consent.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, opt-out. We don't sell personal information.
- China (PIPL): Right to know, access, correct, delete. We do not transfer your data to servers operated by us outside your country.
- South Korea (PIPA): Right to request processing suspension.
- Brazil (LGPD): Right to data portability.

9. Governing Law

10. Translations

3. App Description and Compatibility
The App starts a focus session when you flip your phone face-down. It uses the device's motion sensor to detect orientation and maintains the session while the phone remains face-down. Based on your permissions, sessions are recorded as mindfulness sessions in Apple HealthKit.
- Input Method: Automatic detection via flipping the device. Camera and microphone are not used.
- Supported Devices: iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later.
4. Privacy Policy and HealthKit Data Handling
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Regarding data recorded in HealthKit, we commit to the following:
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes
- We do not sell or provide HealthKit data to data brokers or third parties
- We do not transmit or store HealthKit data on servers operated by us
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the App for purposes other than focus session tracking
- Violating any laws or third-party rights
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
- Any other activities we deem inappropriate
6. Health Disclaimer
This App is for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
7. Session Detection Accuracy
- No Guarantee: Motion sensor accuracy is not 100%.
- Interruptions: Detection may be interrupted depending on device orientation.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Pricing
Free for the first 15 sessions. Use "Restore Purchase" if you've previously purchased.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Translations
The Japanese version of these Terms of Service is the authoritative text. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
